Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced B2B Growth Marketing Manager to lead the promotion of our cutting-edge Web3 Growth Suite. This suite empowers businesses with targeted marketing campaigns tailored to audiences of wallet owners. As a pivotal member of our team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic paid marketing plans aimed at expanding our customer base. Your primary responsibility will be overseeing the paid marketing strategy, content creation, promotion, and leveraging data-driven insights to optimize growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic paid marketing plans to promote Addressable's Web3 Growth Suite and drive customer acquisition within the Web3 market.
  • Collaborate closely with product management and engineering teams to deeply understand the capabilities and value proposition of the Web3 Growth Suite.
  • Craft compelling product messaging and positioning tailored to resonate with Web3 audiences, showcasing the unique benefits of Addressable.
  • Lead the creation of marketing content and ads, including videos, case studies, landing pages, and website content, specifically tailored to the needs of Web3 marketers.
  • Coordinate product launches and marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring cohesive messaging and maximum impact.
  • Manage paid campaigns and continuously analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in B2B product marketing.
  • Strong understanding of blockchain technology and Web3 ecosystems.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Proficient in storytelling techniques to engage and captivate audiences.
  • Experience in producing and developing ads, videos, content, etc.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.
